Nairobi , 2024 Principal Secretary for the State Department of Public Health and Professional Standards, Ms Mary Muthoni,  met with a team from AMREF to discuss collaborative efforts between the ministry and the organization.

Discussion focused on, advancing Primary Health Care, addressing the impacts of Climate Change on health, eradicating Neglected Tropical Diseases, Public Health Communications and thought leadership, among other vital areas.

This collaboration is part of the ministry’s broader strategy to work with organizations dedicated to improving healthcare, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring that the health needs of all Kenyans are met effectively and efficiently. The Ministry remains dedicated to fostering such partnerships to drive impactful health initiatives across the country.
