Nairobi 28,2024 The Principal Secretary of Public Health and Professional Standards, Ms Mary Muthoni has reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to regulatory compliance regarding the Social Health Insurance Act.
Speaking during a session with the National Assembly Committee on Delegated Legislation, The PS said the ministry showcased its dedication to thoroughness in the formulation of the regulations.
The PS, reiterated that every box had been ticked, signifying comprehensive adherence to regulatory standards.
The PS added the ministry is poised to navigate the final regulatory hurdles, advancing towards comprehensive healthcare coverage for all citizens under the Social Health Insurance Act.
