Promoting Women's Safety And Well-Being In Kisii County And Beyond

Eng. Peter Tum, the Principal Secretary of Medical Services, on Monday met with Hon Dorice Donya Aburi, the Kisii County Woman representative in the National Assembly, to discuss ways to end Female Genital Mutilation and Gender Based Violence in the county and the country. 
The PS's commitment to prioritize FGM and GBV issues as part of the Ministry's agenda is a significant move towards ending these harmful practices.
